Description
Lightbrigade were asked to cover the outside of an existing building that was receiving extensive renovation. Whilst this renovation was taking place the exterior of the building needed to give an impression of how it would look once completed. This involved producing approximately 1500 sq meters of tiled sections of PVC mesh for the scaffold structure and approximately 400 linear metres of printed self-adhesive vinyl for the street level hoardings.
Production
The PVC mesh prints were produced in tiled sections on our Vutek 5330 5m wide printer and webbed and welded together to create larger sections for installation. These were then fitted to a scaffold structure by our client’s installers. The self-adhesive vinyl was again printed in tiled sections on one of our Vutek 3360 machines; a laminate was then applied before the whole was delivered to the installation company for them to apply onsite.
